Misericordia University MacDowell Hall
This 37,500 SF project is scheduled for occupancy in 2012 and includes 118 student beds in 26 apartments, student lounges, as well as three academic classrooms on the ground floor.
The intent of the building’s design is to develop an architecture which reinforces the colorations and materials of the newer buildings at the University, so as to further unify the imagery of the campus buildings.
