The development of this new corporate campus for Pride Mobility has involved numerous phased efforts, each with their own challenges. The design revolved around renovating a manufacturing facility into a state-of-the-art headquarters which required a complete reconfiguration of the existing interior spaces into distinct nodes. This separation of space was used to accommodate test tracks, labs, an executive suite, a new fitness room, lockers, a food court, and numerous other spaces essential to the client’s operations. With the creation of these separate nodes, an active effort was made to maintain a level of connectivity between them, which was achieved through clear circulation, elevated walkways, and cohesive interior materials and colors.
